Governor Daugaard signs SB91
Veterans, legislators and Sioux Falls partners gathered in Pierre as Governor Dau-gaard signed SB 91—an act to create a State Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls.
SDDVA is currently in the process of preparing the pre-application for the VA fed-eral funding grant.
