Veterans Council seeks partners to grow nursing care for veterans

The South Dakota Department of Veterans Affairs and the South Dakota Veterans Council recently met with healthcare leaders to discuss long term care options for veterans in eastern South Dakota. The Council is in the process of studying the number of certified VA beds in eastern South Dakota, aging veteran population and disabilities.
